Narrative
NASHVILLE, TN – A 49-year-old man died Monday in a two-vehicle crash along a major Nashville roadway.
The accident happened shorty before 2:30 p.m. on the Murfreesboro Pike south of McGavock Pike. This is north of Seven Oaks Park in the Seven Oaks area.
Police say the victim’s Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle struck a Buick Envision when the latter vehicle made a left turn in front of the bike.
The motorcyclist, identified as Charles Cromwell, died at the scene.
Medics transported the driver of the Buick to an area hospital with non-critical injuries.
Authorities say that neither driver appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.
